Warranty Terms:

The warranty covers defects and faults that are not caused by misuse.

The warranty applies only to defects resulting from poor-quality materials, manufacturing defects, or inadequate workmanship performed by LED House OÜ.

The warranty does not limit the consumer’s statutory rights to submit a claim for non-conformity of goods.

Under the warranty, a defective product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If inspection reveals that the defect is not covered by the warranty, LED House OÜ has the right to charge the customer for transport and inspection costs.

The warranty does not cover:

Routine maintenance of equipment.

Maintenance, cleaning, repair, or replacement of parts resulting from normal use and wear and tear.

Replacement of fuses, indicator lamps, glass parts, housings, covers, or similar components damaged during use.

Correction of defects that do not affect the normal functioning of the device.

Software updates required due to specific usage conditions or at the customer’s request.

Inspection costs in cases where no defect is found or where the issue results from improper use.

The warranty does not apply if the damage to the product is caused by:

Incorrect installation of the device or luminaire.

Installation of the luminaire in an environment that does not meet the required conditions.

Improper use and/or incorrect installation by the customer.
