Sales terms

The owner of the online store ledhouse.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is OÜ LED House (registry code 10194229), located at Kadaka tee 3/3, Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. A delivery fee will be added to the price.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the selected delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during the checkout process.

A discounted price, campaign price or personal customer discount is always calculated from the product’s valid retail price. Different discounts are not cumulative. If multiple discounts apply to a product, the customer will automatically receive the single highest available discount.

Product information is provided directly next to the product in the Online Store.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the product has been listed significantly below its market value due to an obvious technical error or mistake.

Placing an Order

To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method selected. The total amount payable will then be displayed on the screen and can be paid via bank link or other available payment solutions.

The sales agreement enters into force once the payable amount has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Delivery

Goods are delivered within Estonia and, by agreement, to other European Union countries.

Domestic shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3–7 working days from the entry into force of the sales agreement. Delivery outside Estonia takes up to 28 calendar days unless otherwise agreed.

In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the goods, a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier) has physically received the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by legal entities or to custom-made goods produced or adapted according to the customer’s specific requirements.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used to the extent necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning in the same way as allowed when testing goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in value of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice of withdrawal must be sent to email-info no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for return is that the returned goods do not correspond to the order or are defective.

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within that period.

The Online Store shall refund all payments received under the contract without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. The Online Store may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to reimburse the cost exceeding the standard delivery cost.

Right to Submit a Complaint

The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity of goods sold to a consumer that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods.

If a defect becomes apparent within one year of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the defect.

In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months of discovering the defect by sending an email to email-info or calling (+372) 56 202 303.

If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Online Store will refund all fees related to the sales agreement.

The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store processes the buyer’s personal data (name, phone number, address, email address, payment details) solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order, delivering the goods, and complying with legal obligations. Personal data are transferred to transport service providers only for the purpose of delivering the goods.

Newsletters and offers are sent to the buyer only if the buyer has given explicit consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by notifying the Online Store via email or by following the instructions provided in the marketing email.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to email-info or submitted by calling (+372) 56 202 303.

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the consumer has the right to обратиться to the Consumer Disputes Committee at https://ttja.ee/en/consumer-disputes-committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the consumer’s complaint by the Committee is free of charge.

The buyer may also use the European Union Online Dispute Resolution platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
