Warranty Terms

Warranty Terms:

1. The warranty covers any damage or defect that is not related to misuse.
2. The warranty is only valid for defects caused by poor quality material, construction, or the quality of work performed by LED House.

The warranty does not cover the following:

1. Maintenance of the equipment;
2. Maintenance, repair, cleaning, and replacement of parts caused by normal use and wear and tear of the equipment;
3. Replacement of fuses, signal lamps, glass parts, housings, cover panels, etc. damaged during the use of the product;
4. Correction of non-critical errors (which do not prevent the normal operation and use of the device);
5. Software updates due to specific usage features or user requests;
6. Detection of faults in cases where it turns out that there was no defect and it was a case of improper use of the device.

The warranty does not apply in cases where product damage is caused by the following:

1. The device or light fixture is installed incorrectly;
2. The light fixture is installed in an unsuitable environment;
3. Damage or defect caused by incorrect use and/or installation by the customer.
