Terms and conditions of return

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier) has physically received the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a withdrawal notice must be sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period to email-info.

The returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, except where removal of the packaging was necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

In the event of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to LED House OÜ, Kadaka tee 3/3, 10612 Tallinn, Estonia.

The consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the submission of the withdrawal notice. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer, unless the reason for return is non-conforming or defective goods.

The online store shall refund all payments received from the consumer without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice. The refund will be made to the same bank account used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.

The online store may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods or until the consumer has provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
